Bioengineering alumna and UT College of Medicine student Kelsie Moeller has been awarded a Choose Ohio First Primary Care Scholarship for medical students committed to a career in primary care medicine in the State of Ohio.
Bioengineering undergraduate Yelena Zhernovskiy was the recipient of the July 2013 Jefferson Award for her volunteer work as a tutor and at UT's Community Care Clinics.
Bioengineering alumnus Nathaniel Westphal has been awarded the University of Toledo College of Medicine's Presidential Scholarship. Nathaniel is the third graduate of the UT Bioengineering program to receive this award during the past four years.
